We often think it's just 21 days for a new habit to form, but actually, it can take much longer!
What new habits would you like to put in place before the end of the year?
✅ Maybe it's posting consistently
✅ Showing up on stories
✅ Staying on top of your emails
✅ Decluttering at least one thing every day
✅ Always making sure the kitchen is tidy before you go to bed (I rarely manage this one!)
But with just over 100 days left until the end of the year, there's plenty of time to put those new habits in place!
Mine is going to be to do something positive for my business and life every single day for the next 90 days.
