The Social Sunday - Starting a podcast

In last week’s newsletter I talked about getting started and not putting off that thing you’ve been thinking about.  Well, I decided to take my own advice.  Recording a podcast is something that’s been on my list for awhile now.  I used to listen to loads of podcasts when I commuted and sat in 3 hours of traffic everyday. They helped me start my business and I want to help others too.  After running out of excuses I sat down this week in front of my new mic and recorded my first podcast!

But now I really need your help.  I’d love to know what you'd like to hear on my podcast. What are your biggest problems right now with your social media or your business?  If you have 5 minutes it would be amazing if you could email me and let me know!

____________________________________ Here’s a few podcasts I love

The Minimalists  The Minimalists podcast was one of the first I listened to and I try to catch it every week. They really make you think about the things you buy, what you have in your life and what you can do without. If you’ve been thinking about how things might change when we go back to ‘normal’ this is one to listen to, there’s 239 episodes so plenty to get stuck into!

The Janet Murray Show  Janet Murray is full of advice on building your online audience. From Pinterest to podcasting, there’s loads of invaluable information to help you grow your online presence.

The Grow and Glow Show with Vix Meldrew  I joined Vix’s membership group after listening to the Grow and Glow podcast because it’s so good! Vix has loads of advice about blogging, Pinterest and SEO and after listening to her podcast I’ve totally changed the way I think about the blog on my website.

Starting the Conversation with Alice Benham  Alice gives such an open and honest view on running a business and listening to her podcast is like having a conversation with a business owner friend.

My Dad Wrote A Porno  If you haven’t listened to this you’re missing out, just make sure your headphones are in.

Email me to let me know what you'd like to hear on my podcast!
