DIY box from Puckin' Poutine

We've been craving our favourite street food from Academy recently, so when we saw that Puckin' Poutine are now doing takeaway boxes, we jumped at the chance.

Puckin' Poutine do street food all around Cardiff, Barry, Llantwit and the Vale, and their Quebec style poutine is the best we've tried!

The box was £20 and is enough for 2 people to share. It comes with chips, your choice of topping (we chose bacon) cheese curds, garnish and a dessert which I ate before we'd started, whoops.

To make the poutine

Step 1. Pop the chips in the oven for around 10 minutes or until crispy and start heating up the gravy and bacon pieces.

Step 2. Hide them from the dog!

Step 3. When everything is cooked add the gravy over the chips and cheese curds so that they start to melt.

Step 4. Tuck into your delicious meal!

Puckin' Poutine is available for delivery in Cardiff, Barry and the surrounding areas. Order on their Instagram page here.
