My lockdown reading list

During lockdown I've finally taken the time to start finishing all the half-read books on my shelf and treat myself to a few new ones too!

Here's what I've been reading this month.

Finished books

The Flat Share - Beth O'Leary

I finished this over a weekend and absolutely loved it. It was so easy to read and had a really lovely story. Definitely recommend!

What a Time To Be Alone - Chidera Eggerue

This is such a beautiful book with loads of brilliant advice. It's the sort of book you keep coming back to.

An Edited Life - Anna Newton

I really enjoyed this book and it's one I'll keep to read again. There were lots of things I already knew, but being reminded of ways to simplify your life is only a good thing. There's different sections so you're bound to find one that clicks for you.

DO/PURPOSE - David Hieatt

This is a brilliant book and takes you back to the beginning of your 'why' as a business. I also read the email marketing book which was great too!

Currently reading

Atomic Habits - James Clear

This book was recommended so many times and I already love it. There's loads of useful information about how to form habits everyday. I just need to think of what habits I want to start (and stop!).

Company of One - Paul Jarvis

I saw a few people suggest this book on Instagram. It's really interesting but feels very heavy to read so it's taking me awhile to get through it. I'll give it another go a few pages at a time!

The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*** - Mark Manson

I keep starting this book and putting it down again! I like the no nonsense approach and it feels similar to The Life Changing Magic of Not Giving a F*** which I also loved.

Next up to read

Playing Big - Tara Mohr

I'm so excited to read this one, it was a lovely gift for taking part in a coaching course!

IKIGAI - Héctor García and Francesc Miralles

I picked up this book for 50p at the charity shop and I'm looking forward to reading it. I know a little bit about Ikigai but I can't wait to find out more.

What are you reading at the moment? I'd love to get some more recommendations!
