How to make a vegetable planter from an old chest of drawers.
We have a small concrete garden but this year we really wanted to try growing some vegetables! During lockdown we started them off in pots in the house but once they were ready to be planted we weren't sure what to put them in.
The bottom drawer on these bedside drawers was broken so we were going to throw them away but we decided to pop them outside and use them as a planter.
I lined the drawers with a plastic bag and filled them with compost. Then I made small holes and moved the vegetables into the drawers.
They are growing well already so watch this space to see if it works!
