How often do you remind your customers to leave you a review?
Social proof works really well on social media and is one of the best ways to promote your business. It’s when others see a positive review or testimonial and it helps them trust you and what you are telling them.
If a business said ‘this is the best pizza in the world’ you might think hmm, that’s a bold claim.
But if 100 of their customers said ‘THIS IS THE BEST PIZZA IN THE WORLD!’ You’d be inclined to believe them.
How can you find a way to remind people to leave you a review?
We had this with our Paletta Pizzeria order but there are lots of ways to encourage kind words. You might put it in a newsletter, send them a discount code everytime they post a picture or share their photos and reviews.
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Ask for what you want!
